  • Most Non-Sale Store products may be returned, unused, within 14 days of your product's shipping date less our cost of shipping. All returned items require a Return Authorization which is obtained by calling our store. All returned items must be accompanied by original retail tags and a receipt in order to be considered for a refund. Unless we made the error, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Sale or Clearance products may be returned only when defective and within 7 days of your product's shipping date.
  • All Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • After 14 days (7 days for sale products), please contact us and we will assist you with the warrantee process through the manufacturer.
  • If you refuse shipment for any item, you will receive a credit less our cost of shipping for the item.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must first be obtained by calling us at 603-474-3661.
  • Any shipping charges can not be refunded and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
